Social: Palm Beach Lately's Valentine's Day Guide

Palm Beach Lately rounded up our favorite local hot spots that will win over even the most skeptical Valentine.  We have something for everyone – singles, girlfriends, couples and families – because we all deserve a blissful night, however we decide to spend it! xo
1. For singles – The Blind Monk
For singles looking to mix and mingle, we love the “laid back, chill, yet sophisticated” wine tasting at The Blink Monk.  The champagne reception starts at 6:45 pm, followed by a seated tasting of five wines paired with savory or sweet bites.  Visit Facebook for their paring menu.
2. For drinks with the girls – HMF
If you haven’t been to The Breakers’ newest hot spot, HMF (named after the hotel’s founding father, Henry Morrison Flagler), now is the time to treat yourself.  Indulge in their wicked Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini and enjoy the restaurant’s seamless mix of classic and new.
3. For couples – Buccan
Buccan is our favorite date night spot on the island; they focus on the important things like a delightful ambiance, superior service and phenomenal food.  No frills or Valentine-themed menus, Buccan serves it straight up leaving you satisfied, yet anxiously waiting to come back.
For parents in need of a nice dinner, we recommend heading to the Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach. The adults can enjoy one of their restaurants while the kids have a Valentine-themed night of arts, crafts and projects, including a “Be my Valentine” photo shoot and video Valentine cards.
Ages 5-12 $65/child.
Tell us: If you are heading out on the town, where do you plan to celebrate Valentine’s Day?
