Home: Pink and Palm Nursery

I can’t believe it’s already been five weeks since sweet Edie arrived. We are enjoying the newborn cuddles! After months of decorating, I am excited to share the reveal of Edie’s nursery! This was Grace’s old nursery <click here to see Grace’s Swan Soiree Nursery> and I kept the walls pink, but just added a deeper pink for the wall mural. The inspiration for the room was the palm tree mural art that Eric Kadyszewski of EEK Art hand-painted for us.

The crib from Serena & Lily was the main piece I started with because I loved the cane detail.

I kept the glider I used with Grace and just added the fringe trim and love how it turned out! The wicker side table was a great addition for under $100 from Urban Outfitters. I also left the window treatments because I still love them and they tied into the new theme well.

I also kept her dresser in the nursery and enlisted my friends from Luxe Report Designs to style with wicker lamps, peacock wicker doll chairs, frames, florals, shell box and table top palm. And if you follow us you know we are big fans of this Frontgate shell mirror.

I loved the matching cane changing table so I paired that with the palm print art. The baskets from Serena & Lily are great to organize diapers, socks, hats, bows, etc. The adorable changing basket is from The Tot.

And thank you to Teet and Cosset for our matching sweaters. The best part..under the ruffles are zippers for easy access nursing!
