Le Bazaar, founded by the former creative director of the Frédèric Fekkai Salon & Spa at the Brazilian Court, Bernard Arapoglou, and fellow Fekkai trained hairstylist, Ramdane Dris, combines the sophistication of Paris with the edginess of New York in a loft-like space right on South County Road. The new venture features hair cuts, color, style and nail services to a loyal following in a “comfortable and luxurious” setting. Pretty fab, indeed!

The first thing that comes to mind is seasonal effectiveness disorder.
I’m no doctor, but hitting the sunny beach in Florida or Hawaii for a few days,
or getting one if those Vitamin D Sun lamps might help you out of those winter blues.
